What is ChatMyStore?
ChatMyStore is a Shopify app that lets store owners and their teams run their store from WhatsApp. You ask about orders, stock and sales, make changes with one tap, ship orders and get a daily summary, all in a chat.
How much does ChatMyStore cost?
Plans are Starter $15, Growth $29 and Pro $59 a month, billed through Shopify, with a free 3-day trial. Yearly plans get 2 months free.
Do I need to install another app?
No. You use your normal WhatsApp. ChatMyStore runs on a shared WhatsApp number you chat with.
Does it work in my country and currency?
Yes. It works with Shopify stores in any country and uses your store's currency and time zone.
What languages does it reply in?
English for now.
Can it change my store by mistake?
Every change shows exactly what will change and waits for your Confirm. Nothing happens until you tap it.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Invite them from the chat. Each person gets a role: manager, inventory staff, packer or viewer. Only owners can refund, change plans or manage the team.
Do you message my customers?
No. The assistant only talks to you and your team. For cash-on-delivery confirmations and shipping updates, it prepares a message that you send from your own WhatsApp.
Do you store my customers' data?
We read only what's needed to answer you, and we never store your customers' names or phone numbers. See our Privacy Policy.
How does billing work?
Through Shopify, on your normal Shopify bill. Cancel any time by uninstalling the app; charges stop straight away.
Do you give refunds?
We don't refund partial months or unused AI messages, so try it free for 3 days first. If you were ever charged by mistake, email hello@chatmystore.com within 30 days and we'll refund it.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
We stop accessing your store immediately and delete your store's data 48 hours later, when Shopify asks us to.
